The Therapy

Since we started working as psychologist we’ve been known for developing a partnership with our patients, aim to provide them with the skills and strategies that in our years of experience, we’ve found to be most useful to help people dealing with their emotions. Particularly skills that can help us promote changes, which usually are the main goal for many people when they seek a therapy. Our main goal is to develop long term changes as well as making the therapeutic process as short as possible.

In all the sessions we follow the deontologic code, so we preserve the total privacy of everyone who ask for our help.
